This is the timelapse I have recorded with a Cannon 600D for the background for my news report. I wanted a background that is sophisticated and close as possible to how it looks in real news reports therefore I went to the highest building in my local area and left the camera on a tripod whilst I was enjoying the view of the sunset.
One thing I needed to be aware of the battery life and memory card storage before hand to avoid any technical problems during filming as the camera was filming for at least 2 hours.
One major issue that I faced was positioning of the camera, I recorded this from the 24th floor of a building and therefore due to health and safety there was a window as a barrier, when it started to get darker the reflection of the light on the window had slowly started to emerge onto the camera also, therefore it looked slightly out of place, I have overcome this however by editing and adjusting the lighting when I added it onto my green screen footage.
